Frequently Asked Questions
The cost of a fence can vary based on several factors—like the style you choose, the materials used, the amount of fencing needed, and the level of skill or labor required for installation. We’re happy to help you explore your options and find something that fits your needs and budget.
The best fence for your property really depends on your needs—are you trying to keep something in or out? Do you need added protection, clear boundaries, or both? It’s also important to consider local city regulations, HOA guidelines, and of course, your budget. We’re here to help you find the right fit!
Most residential fences are completed within just a few days, once the posts have had time to set. The overall installation timeline can vary depending on the size and scope of your project. For agricultural fencing, the type and amount of fencing needed can also affect timing. In general, we aim to start installations within 4–6 weeks after the contract is signed.
If you’re looking for a low-maintenance option, chain link and wrought iron fences are great choices. They require minimal upkeep while still providing durability and long-lasting performance.
Land rights can vary depending on your location, so it’s a good idea to check with your local Tax Assessor’s office for accurate parcel or land dimensions. In most cases, the owner of the land is also considered the owner of any fence installed on it. However, we do not perform property surveys or make any claims about property lines. If there’s an existing fence, it’s best to talk with your neighbors to confirm ownership. For complete clarity, a professional survey company can mark your property lines for a fee.
When installing a fence on uneven ground, there are several options to make it work with your landscape. You can contour the fence to follow the shape of the land, step it to handle changes in elevation, or rack it to keep the fence line smooth. We’ll help you choose the best method for your property’s terrain.
